talk about unprofessional i had a service appointment for 2 pm i call at 12pm to make sure my appointment was still good, they assured me though it was busy they would get to my car. i drive across town to go i get there and they said they are to busy to do what i wanted since it was a major priority and i can either leave it till monday or leave. They dont honor their appointment time and the managers there dont even care was planning on buying another car while i wait but its clear you shouldnt do business here.
