Very professional and employees are friendly and caring. Service Department is great. Bought my Jeep from there and have my oil changes done there without a appointment, fast and easy.
They did a great job and worked with me on amount and waited till payday.

Dangerous Company to do Business With. I recently moved to the area. And have jeep wave, That’s how I found this dealership. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and had personal items including my car keys stolen from my purse the day prior. I inquired about getting a new key made for my vehicle. I purchased a 25k truck from bob caldwell in Columbus on january 4th. they were supposed to take a 3800 dollar warranty off my payment plan before I put my down payment down. It is now April 10th and my warranty has still not been taken off after months of trying to get it taken care of. ******* I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Overland) and was purchased in September 29th 2006. On around 2/17/2020 when I turn my heat on it started to blow out hot/ cold air along with the engine ramping up and down. so the next morning I decided to take it to Firestone in which they ran a diagnostic on it did a pressure test on the engine and their findings was that of a blown head gasket and they do not do those type of repairs and charged me $110. I purchased my car in October of 2018. When I first purchased my car they gave it to me with the airbag light on. I had to return it and wait 3 weeks for them to send it to Honda to be reset. 3 months later my battery just gave out & shortly after that I had to have my alternator replace which was draining the first battery in the first place had the actually looked at my vehicle. I had an appointment set up with John B*** to purchase a 2015 SLT yukon XL. I communicated I have already been pre approved and simply need to send over the purchase agreement to my lender. All was good and set up the appointment to view the vehicle on the evening 10/7. This was a 3 hour drive (~100 miles).
