We purchased a used car from the dealership and shortly thereafter noticed a problem. We initially had some communication challenges, but once we were able to talk with Mark C in the service department he was very dedicated to getting the problem fixed. We are very pleased with and thankful for this positive outcome.

Had a great experience recently with this dealership. I had not received a lug nut tool at purchase of my Jeep, last year, and their service department got me right in (no appointment) and fixed the issue for no charge. That is excellent customer service and I will and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I brought my Sebring to Bob Caldwell yesterday because of random engine misfiring that occurred on Sunday. They were able to get me in to see a tech to fix whatever was causing the problem early Tuesday morning, which was the earliest I could get there. The problem was only my spark plugs which was a fairly inexpensive repair. They are always honest about what I need to have repaired or replaced and I won't take my car to any other dealer. They are the best!

Just used the service department for the first time. I usually visit ****** for my JEEP maintenance. Scott L** provided first 2 free oil changes so I decided to schedule with Bob Caldwell. Chelsea in service was great. Very accommodating.
