my experience at Bob Caldwell was absolutely painless. this is the second Jeep I have purchased from them and will continue to do business with them. they worked with me in 2009 and again in 2016 to get the best deal and fair price possible. The sales staff was even better than my first purchase. they continue to hire staff that will go out of there way to make your experience easy.

I took my Chrysler van in for routine maintenance . I was given an estimate of the cost, which was accurate. I was given an estimate of how long it would take, which was right on. They have a shuttle driver who would have taken me a place to eat or home and would have picked me up. I declined and waited in their waiting room. All the work done was explained to me. Most of all I appreciated the friendliness of service representative.

I purchased a new 2016 Jeep from Bob Caldwell. The sales experience was great as I was treated as though I was their only customer. Maria made me feel very comfortable. The real reason for my review is for Nick D***** in the body shop. I am obsessive about my car. Any little scratch or ding is extremely bothersome to me.
