I have to say it was probably the best car buying I ever did easy to work with and took good care of us I give them an A+ FOR SURE the battery was dead on the car and needed jumped we asked for a new battery to be sure it was gonna be good no problem they put a new one it I would buy from again when I need my next vehicle salesman Robert was very nice to us as everybody else

We had a Wonderful experience at Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership!! Our salesman was Xavier and he was Super. Very helpful, courteous, answered all questions, and did all he could to get us what we were looking for and also very pleasant! He introduced us to Tim, one of the managers, showed us the service department, introduced us to Shane in service, and helped us become familiar with their facilities!! We were very pleased and got the vehicle we were looking for! FANTASTIC job everyone!!! 5 Stars!

Bob Caldwell is always my preferred place for maintenance on my car. They are actually less expensive and faster on things like any oil change. I never feel pressured or like I'm being tricked.

Little General Manager tip (since you brought up Oil Changes), many late model vehicles required at minimum semi synthetic oil and that will increase the cost of an oil change from approximately $30 to $50. Strongly recommend Oil Change and Tire Rotation packages that can cut this price literally in half. So if anyone (new customer or repeat) shows up for maintenance, please don't hesitate to ask. I have been a long term customer with Bob Caldwell Automotive. I just bought my 3rd new car there. I have also used their service department many times and their body shop a couple of times. They have always provided reliable service and are great to deal with.

I brought my vehicle to this dealership for repair after being rear-ended in an accident. There was $3800 worth of damage done to my brand new vehicle and I wanted to be certain the repairs were done correctly so I chose a Jeep dealership. I am disappointed with the alignment of my lift gate as well as the way I was treated at the body shop. The body shop had my vehicle for 19 days. Body flex can help and hurt when piecing together vehicles. After speaking to Body Shop manager, the metal was tightened the best we could (with out creating additional issues like wind noise or leaks). Bought a 2017 **** Patriot. Xavier was a great salesman. Had a good experience at Bob Caldwell. Financing, Tom, was great also. Would go back again. Our first experience with a jeep and we are really satisfied. 5 stars!!!

I have not had a buying experience that was as expedient as this one! I made an appointment as was recommended. We showed up and the car was right up front and ready to go! After the test drive, the paper work was done fast and we were on our way!
