I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep on January 31st, 2018. Within a week it started having starting issues. When I would drive it for awhile, turn it off and then go to start it up, it would not start. I took it in to get serviced, they inspected it and said everything was fine so I left thinking maybe it was just random. The next day it did the same thing. I had extremely wonderful service at Bob Caldwell! My salesman Shane T was absolutely awesome he answered all my questions even before I came back to get a car. I went with my sister to help with her getting her first car not knowing two days later I would be walking out in a brand new 2018!
