The sales manager has no ethics advising a vehicle recall I should resolve if I buy the car and he admitted the dealership could remedy as a minor issue like potential for car catching fire!! Also contract included tax which is not correct as out of state purchase and told me extended warranty $300 and contract showed over $3000.
Very great service, always kept you in the loop. ***** from the service department was really great! Would definitely go back to get my vehicle serviced again

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Their communication is terrible, making it extremely difficult to get clear information about the vehicles I was interested in. Every question seemed like a burden to them. On top of that, they employ deceitful sales tactics. I was told there was no wiggle room on the price of a car I was interested in, only to see the price drop online an hour after I walked away. This shop does not treat young women fairly.After purchasing my vehicle with this dealership,I have had nothing but problems.After a few months I noticed a coolant leak.When they examined the vehicle,they determined that the head gasket and water pump needed to be replaced.They also replaced the ignition coil & changed the oil.This work took over a month to complete - during this time,I was borrowing vehicles to get back and forth to work, used my warranty for a loaner vehicle and the dealership covered additional time as th... read more

Recently inquired about a vehicle listed on the website, one of two identical vehicles that were both priced at the same. I was interested at the listed price but after getting the paperwork drawn up noticed they were asking significantly more. When I asked about this they "looked into it" and claimed the website price was a mistake. This seems like a good way to drum up business by being misleading.

I had a bad experience with this company recently. I dropped off my vehicle to enable my stereo and perform an inspection of some electrical work. I picked up my Jeep several days later and they had forgotten to enable the stereo. They did manage to charge over $300 for a new battery and an additional hour if inspect in the electrical.
