Ivan was perfect, he was able to answer all the technical questions I had about the car, and demonstrated the operation. I buy many vehicles a year for my business and deal with fleets, and found the experience at your Monrovia dealership very pleasant. Yesterday I bought a gorgeous 2002 530i e39 in great condition! Off work today so it was a must to get my windows tinted haha. The use car manager by the name Marc and his team are freaking amazing on delivering my car nice and detailed. Thank you 👍🏼

This service team at the dealership is fantastic. They keep me informed of any issues with my 2007 BMW 328I sport wagon, if any. My car is always ready and clean when I come to pick it. The new customer waiting area is really nice. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
