Great service! I brought my car in for a recall service, after it was done BIW Monrovia did a courtesy inspection and found two places that needed to be repaired. I mentioned that I have an extended warranty and my adviser was kind enough to take over and contacted the warranty company for me and explained the situation and got the approval and repaired my car. All along they let me keep the loaner so I can carry on with my normal life. Thanks!

Tim is my service advisor, very professional and helpful on the service of my 2015 BMW, the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't offer a loaner or rental car, unless u can wait for 3 weeks for a loaner which is very inconvenience to me.
