PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I WILL PAY YOU $ TO GO ELSEWHERE. They are liars, terrible service, dont care about customers. I paid LOTS OF $$ and got a used car that is shit. Multiple issues. Multiple complaints. BMW was worst car choice I have ever had. I have filed corporate complaints. Please do your research and review their YELP. TERRIBLE. I as a conscious consumer am beginning you NOT to go here. Please. Happy to provide my contact info to anyone who is wanting to know details. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE terrible people.
BAD ATTITUDE!! BAD SERVICE!! Salesman thinking you have no money to buy and all look down on you, I can't even find any nice person there, receptionist MEAN with awful attitude ! Lease Return Jim Wang Charles Wu was so MEAN gave annoying face not willing to help ! Service department was MEAN impatient doesn't want to listen, the entire dealership are awful , I wonder how can these other ppl here gave them 5 stars ?
Jorge and Keith in service are very helpful and attentive. They always take care of my needs, even with little notice. I highly recommend going to them if you want great customer service.
