Just like to let everyone at Monrovia BMW know that we really appreciated the friendly, courteous, and professional service that we received from Marie Fakas when we brought our BMW in this week. We came in for a broken rear wiper caused a local car wash. She gave us pricing and ordered the part. When it came in a couple days later she had installed quickly and escorted us every step of the way. Incredible! RecommendedMatthew Clark helped me with some tire problems on my 435i. He went above and beyond my expectations. I am so glad I got the tire protection plan added to my purchase and would advise anyone else to do the same. I got two new tires and a nice rental car for only $49.99. I will be seeing Matt for all my future service needs.
I have been in this dealership before this last experience was the worst, I took my 328i in for service, I prearrange an appointment 1st wasn't the person I requested 2nd I took in to have oil container seal replaced for leakage, and oil change , then have the recalls on my car taken care of expected my car later that day, well no apparently now I have a slash on my rear tire?? and other things that should be done?? ended up with a loaner car that I had for 1 day before they called me to bring it back because in order to fix... read more
