they sold me a bmw x4 as a it’s should be a clean title but it’s actually showing a lot of problems at the body of the car plus missing screws from the front pumper , I don’t recommend getting used or certified car from them “ even though they make a lot of mistake at my paper and it slow down my dmv registration “ ****** I have fixed the car more then 3 times in less then one month for many different issues

Got the perfect Car that I was looking for. Thanks for my first BMW! The staff was super friendly, specially Neil. All the paperwork was fluent and hassle-free! They can definitely use a Snack vending machine though :D

Car is still under warranty and has issues with chasis, power steering and the battery. Now the car was towed to BMW of Monrovia but there is no service vehicle available. They will not reimburse you for any rental car expenses even though it is their responsibility to give you a loaner car. Yet again, you guys are just wonderful! You sold me a lemon BMW, took a year to get a refund on the first car's warranty and now you just won't honor your commitment for a loaner.
