RecommendedI have always had the best experience when I’ve brought my car into Bmw. Matt Clarke has been my service advisor for years and he is the best!!! He always makes sure I know what is being done to my car and what needs to be done in the future. I appreciate all the help he gives me!!! Had an appointment at 10:00 went right through to the svc bay was told it would be about 2 hrs. Within the appointed time everything was completed and they even washed my car. Excellent svc and the waiting lounge was comfortable and our svc rep Tom was such a big help with answering all questions. Kudos to Tom and BMW

BMW of Monrovia is the ONLY BMW dealership I will ever go to for sales and service. Matt Clark in service is by far the most friendly, reliable and professional service advisor I have ever come across. Matt is the only person I'll ever call for servicing my BMW cars. Matt knows how to treat a loyal customer. I am always in and out quickly, never a problem when I trust my cars with matt. He presents solutions, not problems. Absolutely the best in service.

The service department provided such impeccable service. I went in for an oil change and needed a few things checked out on my car. My service advisor, Matt Clark, is the best! He’s very welcoming, attentive, and very thorough with explaining things. I was in and out of the service center in less than 20 mins. Everything ran so smooth and efficient.
Purchased a used 335i here in October 2018. Come to find out the trunk/rear was damaged/repaired; perhaps from being rear ended. Not entirely a major issue as most cars have some sort of work done to them but nothing was disclosed (auto check score of 92 and clean carfax).
