Purchased my 2017 CPO 7 series from BMW Monrovia 6 weeks ago, it has had to go in 3 of the last weeks for multiple days to the shop at BMW Monrovia. That should tell you all you need to know.
We absolutley love our BMW 330e Certified PreOwned! our salesman, Otto, showed us quite a few available vehicles that fit what we were looking for with no pressure at all. We test drove two different cars and had a hard time deciding which one we loved more! We will definitely be returning to BMW of Monrovia for our next vehicle!
Ari (in sales) was exceptional. All of the staff we encountered were excellent. My only complaint would be the wait to finance the car, because they were so busy (end of month). However, Ari even offered to buy us dinner while we waited. And once we went into sign papers, the experience was great. Would highly recommend Monrovia BMW.
