RecommendedMade a service and recall appointment for my 2018 440i which was timely and met my desires for time and a courtesy car. There were several reminders by service advisor Caroline Johnathon for my appointment. She was very courteous and informative regarding my service and followed up with timely status and pickup time. Work was completed in the same day. On a scale of 1-10, I give Caroline a 12! I will most certainly return to BMW Monrovia for future servicing even though I live 18 miles away,

Had my vehicle taken to BMW of Monrovia as my vehicle was stolen. Had Matt Clark present himself as he was going to be communicating with me throughout the entire process. He never contacted me again. In fact, I was never able to even see my vehicle or to be explained what happened. Vehicle was received Tuesday October 1st, and now doesn’t move out of park. Interesting 🧐 This situation will now be escalated. Good luck guys

RecommendedYour service representative I think his name is Eddie was very helpful, and just got the job done without any fuss. It’s a breath of FRESH air that I’m not being hounded to have this or that done. My previous car Jaguar XJ as soon as the warranty ended it’s always this or that. The bottom line is his a Breath of Fresh Air. I’d go back there ALL the time now for any service on my car. Finally, he even walks me to the car.
