We had a road trip malfunction that shut us down on our journey. We were towed to BMW of Monrovia where we met Marie Fakas. Marie got us in quickly and worked hard to limit our down time. Offered solutions to our down time issues and then presented us with a clear and straight forward repair plan and followed through on getting it done when she said they would. A small road bump in our journey that could have been much larger. Thanks Marie and BMW of Monrovia. Our journey continues .

I took my Daughters BMW for a recall. The service attendant was very knowledgeable and cheerful. The repair was going take over 3 hours, so she arranged for a ride home, and a pick up when car was ready. Excellent service.

My fiancé recently was looking for a 3 series in white. I looked for weeks for a white one with certain specs and stumbled upon this dealer. Got on the phone and was introduced to Bernard. Guided us through the process and answered our one million and one questions we had about everything. We did everything over the phone and set up a date to look at the car.
