Went about two weeks ago to address an unexpected service need. I was able to speak with Matt Clark, service rep, and advised him what was going on with the vehicle. Matt, as is his practice kept me informed, in a timely manner of the service needed and why, and though in this instance, the car needed to stay two nights, it was fine, as the work needed required it and to ensure it was done correctly.
