Just a complete disregard for customers who have purchased a vehicle and are having trouble receiving paperwork. Based on previous reviews, this seems to be a theme at this dealership. I have never had my calls screened and blatantly not returned from a professional organization. If their parent company, Sonic Automotive, was aware of this, they would be appalled.

I am having a terrible experience getting them to release title on a car we purchased 26 days ago - I still can't drive it! They haven't responded to an email or a voice mail message from me in over a week. They clearly do not respect their customers, and once they have your money paid in full, expect to get NO service from them.

Took my BMW 335d in to have defective air bag replaced after receiving notice from BMW corporate office. Worked with service advisor Matt Clark who was great. Arrived at 9:00am and 75 minutes later was on my way. All and all an easy and excellent experience. Thank you Matt for your professionalism and integrity!

Shout out to Charlie Lu. He's simply the best sales person you'll meet ever. I was there last Sunday to purchase a nice all black 435i. Charlie was very welcoming, professional, kind and to the point, no BS. After a test drive I was convinced right away. He assisted me throughout the process and was very understanding of my needs as a customer. Very good communicator. I had a good deal! I would recommend anyone to ask for Charlie Lu whenever. #BMW
