Worse customer service department. I have only had BAD service by the service reps. They never follow up they, they don't seem to fix the issues. They just don't care about good old fashion customer service. And not to mention everytime I go in for some reason my rental never shows up. I have to show them proof that I rented a car when I made an appointment. I believe I have even been thru all your service reps and manager and no one has made things right!!
