The worst and rude sales people. This is unbelievable from a well established place. Is this customary to treat customers as if they owe you something? My over $1000 car payment never late with all the perks payment isn't what i expected. Please make changes and give people what they pay for!

I went over there and this this so called service providers for my BMW started to try to steal my stereo goddammit
BEWARE!! Greedy cheats & liars! Some sales reps butter you up, feeding your ego & others behave annoyed to have to do their job. THEN, after getting their commission from your sale, the car they'd promised is NOT the car you receive after eagerly waiting. That's when they REALLY treat you like sh*t. This is behavior I'd expect from a sleazy 1980's used car salesman, not a world class luxury car dealership. Apparently they're used to receiving several complaints.
