I needed to service my transmission, so I called this dealership to find out what kind of transmission is in the vehicle... they transferred me from department to department, and absolutely no one was able to answer my question. The whole ordeal took a couple of hours and included getting "disconnected" twice, being transferred to the wrong department, not listening to my question carefully (they told me what kind of engine instead of transmission), and two people saying they will call me back cause they were "busy".
