When I began asking detailed questions about title transfer, paperwork and fees, the manager told me: "Don't buy the car, go somewhere else." I should have heeded his advice. Everybody pretends to be nice and helpful but once they have your money, they fail to deliver the promised paperwork and so far they have failed to deliver the car after four days. Still waiting.. I categorically condemn bmw encinitas as a dealer who fails to deliver, fails to communicate, and fails to tell the truth.
I've heard nothing but good things about Encinitas BMW in the past. I decided to stop by and check out leasing options for an X5. Their inventory was stacked. Juan helped me locate a car that had all the options I was looking for. This was my first leasing experience and everyone involved was straight forward and transparent. I couldn't imagine the process going any better. I would highly recommend Encinitas BMW if you're in the market.
Love BMW Encinatas! I live down in La Jolla but driving all the way up to this dealer is well worth it. They have much more availability and are always able to take the time to help you with any questions or servicing. I've been using Mike Voiles as my service rep for about 2 years now and refuse to see anyone else. He is always looking out for you anyway he can and can give great advice about your car. I had1- 2 star -below average- experience previously here in this Bmw service center before Nicole Witzke has started taking care of my car's service request. She is the true definition of a stellar customer service you would expect from BMW. I give her 5 stars . Hope to see more advisors like her!
Craig was very helpful in introducing us to the car we liked. At the day of purchase we stayed till almost 11pm at night due to another customer long process of purchase. Mark Gaines helped us close the deal and was there till we drove away and he was quick to respond to my questions regarding the car (even when he was off work) It was a long wait that day and we had a long drive home, so that could improve but all in all it was good.

I have been extremely happy with the service that I received from Keith Sherman at BMW Encinitas. I brought my car in because the hood wasn't closing and the annoying buzzer would keep going off even when I finally got the hood to stay closed. He remembered all the little problems I had in the past regarding the car and quickly made me feel at ease that my car was in good hands. And, by the way, it didn't cost me anything.
It is where I have been getting my car serviced for the past 5 years. It was a no brainer to lease my next car with them. Aaron McCormick was super helpful and attentive during the entire process. I highly recommend.
