We were looking for an i3 REX and had very specific requirements for the options. BMW of Encinitas had two cars in stock that met our requirements. No other dealer in or near San Diego County had even one. Jordan got us a great deal, and we were in and out with our new car quickly. Highly recommended.
Kilroy Davis is amazing. Kim and Paul in Finance are, too. Super easy to work with and friendly without any pressure. Incredible fleet of cars and pretty facility. After buying cars from several other dealerships, it's easy to give these guys 5 stars.

I bought a used 2003 330i from BMW Encinitas and they provided a 60 day AutoNation warranty. I experienced some engine and transmission problems with the car which were troubling and inconvenient, but the Service Department helped advocate on my behalf to perform costly repairs under warranty at no additional charge to me. 2017 loaner vehicles were also provided to me for free while the repairs were performed and the folks there (particularly Rachel and Nicole) were great about following up and making things right. Mike Voiles is the best service manager. His professionalism, attention to details for his customer's needs, his politeness, and compassion is unmatched. He is the only reason I go to Encinitas BMW.
Service was top. Friendly people, hassle free, no wait time. Very impressed. Now trying to charge >$1,100 for changing out a defective alternator (I since ordered the original BOSCH part online for $172) seems beyond crazy. $1,000 for 1- 2 hours of labor? The guy costs you $45/h fully loaded with WC & payroll tax. G&A must be high but oh well.... I know, I know,....Beamers are for 1%-ers. What was I thinking?
I bought a used 328 from Anthony. He was very professional and very responsive to my emails when I was asking questions about the car. He provided me all the information in one email so I didn't have to keep asking questions. The dealership was very comfortable and stress free. I have received several follow up emails from the dealership and BMW to check on the quality of my service. It was excellent. I still have to schedule a meeting with a "genius" to learn more about my car, and I look forward to that.
Thanks Joe and all the staff for helping us get the car we wanted. We are happy campers.
