My 5 series was taken into repairs at BMW Encinitas and couldn't be happier. Andrew Jones and his team have done a great job and looking forward to driving my car out of the shop.

Unfortunately the service aspect seems to be declining. I've been taking my BMW's to Encinitas for almost 15 years and over the last few years the customer service aspect had gone down hill. Poor communication with regards to what is happening with your car. Customer should not be the one that had to call in to find out what is happening at the end of the day. Awesome experience picking up my new X6M. My salesperson Davin Wibow is a total car enthusiast and committed to a long term relationship and not just a transaction. This is my fifth BMW but #1 for the overall sales experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BMW of Encinitas to others.
Adham and the staff go that extra mile to please. I recently purchased a gently used x3. The staff at BMW took care of all the items I wanted buffed and fixed. They even have me a loaner car. A brand new x 5!!
Great experience, Arthur was great and everyone was extremely courteous and professional, including Ryan, the Uber driver that BMW provided me.
I had the opportunity to work with Nicole when taking my car in for the first time. She was pleasant and very helpful. She made me aware of the schedule maintenance items needed but was in no way pushy or aggressive , as some dealerships can be. I will certainly take my car back to this dealership although I live some distance away.
Gerald was absolutely awesome! He handled everything quickly and efficiently. Provided me with updates and was just overall very professional! THANK YOU!
