They will steal your money! They even tried to sell me a BMW where the A/C wasn't working! I purchased a CPO BMW i3 back in Feb 2017. I was pressured into purchasing their extended maintenance warranty. They said I could cancel whenever I wanted for a full refund. I started down the quest of canceling the extended warranty just a couple weeks later. It is now August 2018 and I have been trying to get my refund ever since. Recommendedvery helpful service advisor (Art Alvarez). Work done timely and with a smile even though they seemed to be very busy.
The WORST service department EVER!!! Brought my leased car in because it was not driving smoothly (never really did) was told I needed all new tires after 13,000 miles. Then told it was out of alignment and that would cost $1,650. Tried to charge me for alignment after the $1,650 again. The sales manager never called me back, was told he is too busy selling cars. My 6-year-old convertible top had an error. The error code suggested a simple sensor replacement. They tried to upsell me for $1,000 in service to run extensive "diagnostics." The sensor cost $25 and it took me 2 hours to replace it despite having never done it before. Ridiculous.
Thanks to Davin for prompt, friendly and professional assistance. Finance went out of their way and beyond service with a very cranky old customer, thank you and apologies for that. That was probably the fastest car purchase and delivery ever! BMW Encinitas Rocks!
