Don't Buy your car here if you have no clue. Bad service, They treat you like lower than scum when buying pre-own certified cars. The General Manager from this location has no skills with customer Kashani, Ashkam. Don't fall for their extended warranty!!!! Just read all other bad reviews about this place on yelp. first time using the service It was more than excellent
I have called twice now to ask for an estimate on replacing my rear brake pads. Both times I have been put through to Keith's voicemail. He doesn't return my call. I reached out on FaceBook but you cannot help me here. Horrible, horrible service by BMW's standards. I'm blown away.
