Well, bought a nice 750Li, and the service team - Nicole Witzke, and Mike Voiles - did another great job for me. Their service is second to none, and do not despair at my very detailed requests! They treat you with great respect, follow up with everything, and deliver 100%. I could not wish for more, and as a true car nut, that is not an easy task for them to achieve. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a great experience buying here. Highly recommend BMW Encinitas. Ask for Katheryn; she'll take care of you. My wife and I bought a 2017 X6 and the process was haggle free, painless and seamless. It's our first BMW and from here on out we're driving BMW exclusively. Also wanted to give a shout out to Mike Voiles in service. He was super friendly and willing to help out in every way possible. He has a great attitude and doesn't belittle your concerns. Great experience all around.

Let me start off by saying I'm one of the toughest customers to deal with probably with cars being a car guy myself.
