I had such a great experience with Ben Regis and Katheryn Maerz as a sales team. They were courteous, very knowledgeable and genius' at their product. Ryan the sales manager was helpful and did his best to make a great deal. Eddie in finance was professional and efficient. All in all it was a great day. I really appreciate good customer service and a great product !!! BMW of Encinitas gave me both.
We wanted body damage to our X3 repaired at a BMW center. The experience at BMW Encinitas was very good. They worked out all the details with the insurance company including authorization to replace a door rather than just repair it. Gerald Velasco called several times to update me on the progress of the work. The X3 looks great. We have also had top rated experiences with the Service Department.
