We recently went to BMW Encinitas and purchased 2 cars. A 328 and a X5. Billy Freyberger was great to work with on both purchases. I had a great experience doing business with Ben Regis and BMW Encinitas in buying a 2014 BMW 535d. My wife and I had visited the dealership about a month ago, and Ben was kind enough to invite us for a test drive in a 535d we were looking at. Ben helped us look for the right car, and when it came up he let us know. We came in and the buying experience was pretty easy. If you make the mistake of buying a car from this dealership, be prepared to have the WORST service imaginable !! Make an appointment -- but wait for over 1/2 hour. Spend a day without your own car, only to be told a part needed to be ordered (it takes an ENTIRE day to learn this ???) Wait for part to arrive, reschedule appointment (yet another day messed up!) -- only to find out the part isn't there (wrong part ordered) -- but it took 1/2 day to realize that !! worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Had a 9:30 appointment for a routine service. After 2 voice mail messages to the service "consultant" and a conversation with the person at the desk, i finally got a call back at 5:40 saying that they had not yet started on the car. Worst customer service on the planet. Worth driving a long distance to get someone else to work on your car
