RecommendedI purchased my 2011 M3 Convertible from this dealership in 2011 and have received great service from them since! I was recently invited to a free inspection and fix of any outstanding recalls, not only was my car ready quicker than expected but it also came back washed, all while delicious tacos were being served!

Wife and nephew went to test drive 430i convertible and this is their report : ”Odd lot layout, walked around lot forever without being approached, texted the guy (who reached out to me in the morning) before I got to the lot and when we arrived at the lot and no response, went in to the “showroom” and asked for my contact, he eventually came and eventually unlocked a car for us to check and then disappeared, was supposedly getting keys to 2nd car to unlock but never returned, we ended up just leaving...Went up to Carlsbad a... read more
Excellent service. Joey with repair and service was attentive and caring. He followed up with all requests and issues diligently. Talked with a lease portfolio manager Rafael Palafox-he gave great suggestions for our new lease with BMW. We have been with BMW for 15 years-and will continue with great service like this. The GM from the Encinitas BMW location dropped in to say hello and asked if I needed anything else. Darrin Fetterolf was very polite and professional-a great leader of a very well rounded team!

Joey was amazing. We had a tire blow and we were only in the area for a weekend get away and he took amazing care of us and even got the o changed while we were there. So thankful for him. And were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend.
Service appointment was when I wanted and easy to make.I was treated as a valued customer at the appointment. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work.
The professionalism and service were outstanding! The service done on my car was under warranty and the mechanic did a full recommendation for any other upcoming services needed. There was no pressure or sales pitch to get more service done. The salesperson in the lot was very friendly. I will continue my business with BMW of Encinitas.
