Have empathy for the customer and focus on the long term relationship not the short term sale. You sold me the car but lost me as a customer for life and pushed me away from the BMW brand. So yes, you made your numbers for the month but you lost a customer for life as I am stuck driving a car I don't want for 3 years. The service department has been excellent!!

Sales person was very nice. But I purchased a new X4M Competition and it was a poor purchase experience. The issues: they completed the contract with the wrong interest rate so I had to come back to the dealership to do new paperwork. They lost the second key and had to order a new one which required me to come back to the dealership to have it programmed and finally the car was delivered very dirty. RecommendedVarlin was very easy to work with. We agreed on a very fair lease on a BMW 3-Series. He even got it tinted for me within a day of leasing it and Varlin, himself drove down to swap cars with me since they gave me a loaner. It was the easiest transaction at a dealership in years for me.
RecommendedI’ve been in a lot of dealerships over the years and this is by far the busiest dealership I have ever been in. But even as busy as they were I had somebody helping me right away. I had been looking at a car for a week or so and had made the decision to buy it. It was a beautiful almost new BMWX1 .I really love the car.
