The customer service here sucks!! you purchase a car and the sales person who sold you the vehicle doesn't bother to contact you to see how things are...I had to jump through hoops to get BMW genuis appointment..if you walk into the parts department no one wants to help you. all and all my experience was crap!!

ZERO STARS 👎🏼 The only positive experience I’ve ever had at BMW Encinitas is with Nicole in the service dept. Other than that, they won’t return calls, are full of empty promises, even when I walked into the dealership to try and resolve an issue they were beyond disappointing. I’ve owned BMW’s for 15 years, the lack of respect and integrity from this dealership ultimately lost my loyalty with the brand. No more BMW’s for me 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Bought a BMW M3 from Vincent and Jeremy and have been beyond pleased with the way I was treated. I didn’t buy a $100k car but they made it feel as if I did. I walked into the dealership 30 minutes till close to check out a vehicle I had reserved and Vincent still took as much time as I needed to get a feel for the car. Really went above and beyond with everything. Highly recommend them for any of your BMW needs.
