RecommendedAmazing experience. I was able to get a last minute appointment. Very fast and reliable service. The service advisor was very helpful and understanding in comparison to the ones from BMW of Escondido. I will definitely choose Encinitas for any need. My service advisor was Byron F. The only feedback I would have is that the Service Office is very cluttered and your side by side other customers and have no personal space; feels awkward. It needs a rebuild.

Can’t say enough about this super professional dealership but more importantly, service advisor Arthur Alvarez. This gentleman went above and beyond the his job description to make sure my car was done before my trip July 4th weekend. BMW of Encinitas is fantastic. We've been buying cars from this great dealership since my 540i around 1999 or 2000. Since then, we've purchased at least 6 or 7 additional BMW's for our own use and probably another dozen on behalf of clients. Pricing, service and follow-up are all fantastic here. Trying to buy a car from them currently as an out of town buyer and so far, not super impressed with their desire to earn my business. Would love to do business with them, but maybe since we're just not in the market for a brand new Beamer, the commission just isn't worth their time and effort. I wonder how that's working for them? At this point, I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.
