Seller agreed and we renewed our policy 3 consecutive years after the covered year while we made extensive updates to the property. We had several instances using the warranty during that time and BRHW always performed and frankly exceeded my expectations. I am real estate agent and I support and have used Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. About 10 years ago, we got a Blue Ribbon Home Warranty on a bank-owned property we purchased. We had a problem with our furnace a few months after we purchased it. We could not keep the pilot lit. It was a very cold snow night and our furnace was not working. I called the service line, they came out the next day. The repair was around $800 and we paid our trip fee only since we had our home warranty..
