Just get back from vacation, turn the valve on inside the house (that is right next to the hot water heater) that supplies the water to the sprinkler system. Has a small drip and needs fixed. Customer service said since its dedicated for the sprinkler system its not covered even though its the copper piping and is obviously a plumping issue. HORRIBLE place!!! They will not help at all when things break and need replaced!! They are horrible do not buy a home warranty with them!!!! 5 months into my warranty and cancelling it after two problems and situations which they are NO help on!!
I love how they have an after hour phone number but nobody answers or calls back after I called panicking because my sinks overflowed and dishwasher is leaking all over kitchen floor ( laminate ) and being ruined and also leaking downstairs all over the bathroom and possibly into our storage room with carpenting �. I was quoted by a local heating and cooling company for a brand new furnace, brand new lines, and a return for $1635.00 blue ribbon came out and told me I need a new furnace and they wanted $4000.00 & they would only cover $400. What's the point in buying a home warranty when they don't pay for anything and they DRAMATICALLY OVER CHANGE?! I will not be using blue ribbon for anything and I will be supporting the local business in our community. This is the worst home warranty company out there they find a loop hole and the most definitely jump through it. As long as your appliances are under 5yrs old your ok.
We got this as a gift and it's worthless. I very expensive worthless gift. Covers absolutely nothing that makes sense and they don't even cover a person to come out and look at it like they say!
