Water was leaking from our water heater. So we called in to report the problem. A plumber was sent in within 5hrs to evaluate the situation. It was identified that water heater had split open and would have to be replaced. We had to pay just the service fee, old equipment haul fee and the difference (~$500). Rest everything (~$600) was taken care by Blue ribbon home warranty. We didn't have to go through the trouble of finding a plumber, do the follow up or anything. Blue ribbon took care of everything!
