They have always been quick to respond to questions, and provide information and advice. Trust me when I tell you that not all home warranty companies are that responsive. My clients tell me they have never had a problem in making a claim, and have been very satisfied with the service.
I haven't used my Blue Ribbon Home Warranty very often since I bought my house 5 years ago, but having lends me a great peace of mind. On the few occasions I did use it, I received reimbursement quickly and with no resistance. Would definitely recommend!
