So far I haven't had to have any repair work done, however I did call today and spoke to a wonderful woman named Desire. I had questions about my coverage under the gold plan and she took her time and helped me with all questions. She also informed me there was no home inspection submitted to the company so I sent it to her asap! I feel comfortable knowing the these polite associates will be there in our time of need. Thank you!

i have only had blue warranty for a few months, but needed my garbage disposer repaired/replaced. I had a plumber call me that day and had an appointment for the next day! Bill from Team Plumbing was so incredibly nice!! THANK YOU

Had a good experience. Swamp cooler and washer broke in the same week....both got fixed for the co pay. Very friendly staff.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Needed them twice in the past 2 weeks, after sump pump went out. They don't answer the 24/7 line. Bailed water for 12 hours before they answered. This time no answer for 3 hours, when we finally got a hold of them they said they couldn't help. Call your own plumber. Finally have someone coming out here that we found and no idea if the service is covered. All they want is your money for the warranty, they will not back it up. Once again Blue Ribbon leaves a client with NO HEAT when its 20 degrees outside. Their systems are being updated and nobody can help, Jeff the office manager says call back MONDAY... and leave our disabled client with no heat for the weekend... OR they can pay for the repairs out of pocket... which they can't do and is why we got the warranty in the first place. This is the second time and I highly recommend NOT using BRHW.

Feedback from a client who I helped purchase a home last month in Broomfield, Colorado: "We had our first experience with using our home warranty. So glad we got it! Our heat was in the fritz for a week and finally went out upstairs last night. It was freezing in all the bedrooms. We called around 10 this morning and by 11:30 the tech was here fixing the heat.
