Our stay in the Blue Hare was wonderful.The bothy has been so thoughtfully crafted and perfectly sits within the stunning surroundings. There were so many lovely touches; the delicious shortbread waiting for us on arrival, the cosy and comfortable chairs to sit and soak in the view, the binoculars to scan the sky for eagles, the salts to relax in the stunning outdoor bath - what an experience. Myself and my partner spent 3 nights at Blue Hare and can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish. This was our first time in Harris and certainly will not be the last. Beverley and Angus were great hosts and were always so quick to respond to any queries we had. Blue Hare had everything we needed for our stay and more. The outdoor bath and the stove were added bonuses and the views from the huge windows were amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough for anybody wanting to explore the Isle of Harris.
