Coffee and matcha taste absolutely amazing , only complaint I have is a certain rude worker in the Birmingham blank street , I’ve had lovely experiences for ages , today a worker was screaming my sisters name extremely loudly in a very rude tone I didn’t reply because it didn’t even sound like her name at all , not just a miss pronunciation not even correct letters read , it didn’t look like the drinks I ordered so I told her she handled it very very rudely I was trying to be polite and took half the right drinks and she sai... read more
Good seating both inside and outside. Very busy with long queues but well worth the wait. Staff were very friendly.
The listed opening hours are meaningless. Visited the Bullring branch and was there before the 8pm closing time to find someone employed to stand at the door and turn customers away, as the backlog of orders was apparently too great. A more professionally run business would find a better way to manage this. Went elsewhere and will avoid this place in future.
we were served by Elisha today, it was our first Blank street, we couldn’t decide what to order so Elisha helped us out with some great recommendations!! She was so patient and so friendly. Amazing customer service and lovely experience. Thankyouu
