ER was ok still was there for 3 hours don't think I ever saw a Dr only the other people
I t hought it was great .went in for hernia surgery it went good great doc.and nurse's
Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience in the Emergency Room but once admitted and on the floor, nursing staff were excellent and care was exceptional.

Blake medical center has an amazing pediatric therapy department. The staff in pediatric therapy are amazing with each and every child that has therapy there. They go out of their way to help each child. And each therapist there does an amazing job!
The communication in the hospital sucks!!! Records incomplete, waited 2 hours for 2nd floor nurses to find steristrips and hydrogen peroxide (staples in every 1st aid kit). Then 4 hrs. from dr.'s discharge to paperwork!!!
Blake medical center ignored my family when we told them my grandmother's mental status had changed and she must have an infection, 6 days later she is in ICU, septic and fighting for her life due to negligence... I'm having nightmares over poor care she received prior to going to ICU. Grandmother was constantly left in her own feces unless we were present. Nurses turned off call button remotely and did not check on her like they should of... disgusted!
