Horrible and Neglectful staff! Uncaring Nurses. They'll let people go hungry because a diet wasn't on their chart. Medication is skipped and they allowed my father, to leave the hospital, when he was supposed to be transferred to a rehab. They are responsible for that man falling at home and stuck on the floor for hours. I will NEVER allow any of my family members to go there again. Drove 2000 miles, only for them to act like he has nobody so just ignore patients. It's their job to care! Close your doors your hospital sucks!... read more
Thanks to everyone that made my grandson's visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus a very special staff event this past Saturday morning! What a wonderful time...from the food to the picture, crafts, Christmas present and two live music performances...to the love and cheer exuded by all of "Santa's Helpers"! All greatly appreciated! Merry Christmas to all!
Outstanding care received from Dr. Beard, Therapists and Nurses in Rehabilitation Center received. Each one believed in me more than myself and pushed me towards regaining my independence with a renewed confidence with the POC developed for my needs. I would strongly recommend Blake Rehab for any persons. The Dietary choices, however, has room for improvement. Seems meals are monotonous. I recommend Dietary staff visit or daily for menu choices or suggestions. Thank you again to all who were involved with my care.
My Father had a fall/event on August 1st of this year. Blake Trauma and subsequent service saved his life. Thank you all for your excellent care. Happy holidays.
