Want to thank the 3rd floor for taking such great care of my grandmother. Thank you Dr. Urrutia, Nurse Melissa, Seendy, OT, PT ( the whole team!!!).It has been 2 crazy weeks and she is happy to be home.
Medical and support staff were great. Food was pretty good to. The cath lab is state of the art.
Very disappointed. Dr. Ordered pain meds 2.5 hours ago for my brother and didn't administer them yet. Still sitting in the waiting room. The front ER nurse is rude. What more is there to say? I will not come back if I am in need. You'll have to drag me in the door.
My staff and I want to say a big thank you for all the food you guys serve us we was here for IRMA at freedom village there wasn't any food but y'all save us. THANK YOU so much and we from Brookdale Margate FL
I my mother was brought in by ambulance, she had fallen on slippery tile, hurt left knee and both ankles were bruised and swollen. She was unable to put weight on either. She was in extreme pain..xrays and ct scan showed nothing. The new male nurse was fantastic but the woman PA was horrible and treated us so badly. As I stated my mother was crying and she basically said there is nothing wrong with you offered me no help getting my mother to my car..i had to beg for assistance...went to a specialist a few days later she was ... read more
