I had to go home early from work one night recently for a sharp pain in my abdomen. I ended up here as I personally have a severe dislike of Sarasota memorial and was quickly seen and take care of. They were very upfront about what to do, what was going on and I felt like I was actually in great hands. Thank you so much guys! You're awesome!
They had 3 different qualified employees look at one person all had different things to say and did absolutely nothing said everything was normal when it wasn’t don’t know how any of them got there license to practice!! Beyond disappointed and frustrated with them !!!

As as nurse myself w/ 43yrs RN experience, I received exceptional care in both the emergency department and inpatient care on unit 2 north. I was excellently diagnosed, properly and thoroughly treated by kind and caring professionals who made a frightening experience manageable for me and my daughter. A special thank you to Dr Iryna Chyshkevych who exceeded every expectation!!!
Absolutely ridiculous that it has taken over an hour to have blood drawn, it has been an hour and ten minutes and was just told I was next, we will see. This place is a mess...obviously short staffed. Another gentleman had been waiting 3 hours in outpatient to have labs drawn. There were only 4 patients in the waiting room when I arrived. I would like to speak to the person in charge of outpatient services for an explanation of why the delay.
My Nephrologist sent me here yesterday to see the on call, he left right as I was admitted even though he was told I was coming. I've had to FIGHT and argue to get my day to day medications and it took me 24 hours. Nurse tried giving me medicine that I cannot have with my medical problems and neither she nor the Pharmacist caught it. I had to tell them. Saw the Nephrologist to be told he isn't doing anything and I have to wait to see another doctor tomorrow. WHY AM I HERE THEN! Dinner rolls around and they didn't give me foo... read more
