Black Diamond has provided me with service I NEVER experienced before. They made a basement flood catastrophe a breeze. Each service person they sent was beyond expectations. They all were efficient and well trained in everything. They knew their trade and exactly what needed to be done........and did it!! Courteous, contentious, great communication skills, each of them.
