A leaky faucet proved to be more than just a simple fix. Billy and Chris teamed up to tackle the challenge and got the problem resolved. Friendly and professional service from Black Diamond, as always. Jackie and her entire team are a first class operation.

We can not begin to say enough good things about the Black Diamond Company. We were skeptical to schedule, but because of the girl that took my call I decided to go ahead. First the tech arrived two hours before my scheduled time. And he even called to make sure that was o.k.. Right out of the gates he handed me a "Welcome" bag. Extremely professional.
