They never let me down always very professional and they were great with my 2 little dogs as well! I'd rate 100 stars if I could.

Very efficient and did a fine job installing our toilet and changing out a cartridge in our shower. Everything was cleaned up and he frequently asked if there were any questions and answered the questions we did have, Very professional.
Pre appt. email with tech’s photo, on time arrival, taking care with my floors, and explaining what they were doing & why makes this a great company to work with. Excellent

We had an emergency furnace malfunction after hours. Dustin was the tech on call and we couldn't have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable guy! He immediately knew the cause of our problem and promptly had our furnace up and running again.

We always get excellent service from Black Diamond. We've used them for different issues in several homes we've owned over the years. We contract our HVAC maintenance with them, as well. They stand behind everything, provide excellent customer service, are courteous and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for! We last had Jose T. fix a plumbing issue. I'd actually request him again if anymore issues arise.
