Everything from scheduling to the work done was a breeze. Everyone was so nice to deal with which is so refreshing. I am very happy that I found one company to deal with for everything in my house!

Called Black Diamond this AM for a water leakage from the toilet. An appointment was scheduled for this PM. Chase arrived ahead of schedule. After inspecting, he gave us 2 options - replacement of entire toilet or refurbish old "inner". We chose the refurbish option. Since he didn't have enough stock for 2 toilets, so he went to the store. Chase completed both toilets quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Chase and Black Diamond for having a such competent staff.
