i will never go anywhere else. They guarantee their work and it’s done right the first time. I’ve used them for many repairs throughout the home. HVAC, plumbing and electric. Technicians know their stuff! Always thorough, professional and friendly. And you can’t beat their customer service. I’m a customer for life!

I called to have my sewer routed and wanted a price up front, I was told there was a $75 charge for them coming out and they would give me a price based in the job, once the technician was here. The day of service I was called 4 times stating their technicians would be late, ok I can understand that. The technician arrives and asks the issue and without even looking at anything quotes me $455. I have never paid that much for the work I needed done. I called Black Diamond today for an estimate on a plumbing job. I was informed that there is a service charge of $79 for an estimate. They would apply for $79 towards the work done. Ridiculous, why get an estimate if you're locked into the job. Their prices must not be competitive.

I had Black Diamond Plumbing come to my house yesterday to diagnose and fix a water backup problem in my laundry room and crawl space. Turns out it was roots in the sewer line blocking the waste flow. Yes they charge an upfront diagnosis fee if you don't have the work done but it is waived if you have it done. Marlon, their plumber, used the camera to identify the problem and then a high tech root cutter he owns to eliminate the clog. The root cutter is much easier and cleaner than the old rodding cutters.
