Nicor replaced our gas meter and once they left, we noticed that our water heater wasnt working. We called Black Diamond and they sent out a crew. Upon inspection, details and a call to Nicor, they replaced our water heater free of charge. Nicor was covering the cost because of the igniter failing. Our unit was only a few years old. The crew was great at keeping us informed, was quick at removal and installation of the new one and kept everything clean!! Very considerate too. Pet friendly!! Fantastic electrical technician and customer service! I’ll call them again.
Our sump pump wouldn’t stop running. I called Black Diamond and they came out the next day. I was told that I was going to need a new one. The gentleman that came out was personable, but something didn’t feel right. I did purchase the sump pump, because I trusted what they were telling me. After the installation of the new sump pump, we have had noting but issues. I had a geyser coming out of the sink when the sump pump was resetting. Scummy water, water was hard. Black Diamond plumbing is an awesome company. They really keep you up to date when you schedule an appointment. From a few of my appointments I was able to schedule different services I wanted complete for my home. For this service I had piping rotated in my bathroom because I didn’t like the position of the toilet. I am so thankful I went with them because it was extremely affordable and I was happy with the results.
